phpBB 2.0.16

Well, you know that site I was talking about a few days ago called "compuker"? We've been working on setting up our own phpBB forums and well, it hasn't gone so good. We've got them hosted on a phpbbweb server so of course it's on a sub-domain. The phpbbweb server isn't very good since our forums are very slow and crash often. Also, they didn't update our forums from 2.0.15 to 16 until about a month after we created the forums. So, I went and downloaded the new version and figured I'd put it on our domain. Simple, right? Not exactly. After properly FTP'ing the folder, the subdirectory that the install.php file was in, I couldn't find. Of course in my FTP client it told I'm where that was located, but when I went to that URL, it wasn't there. I'm going to try again today, since I found out some new info from godaddy's tech support that may help solve the problem. Anyway, if anyone who's reading this has x-fire, can they please explain how I'm supposed to get that thing to work in a full-screen game. I think I see why it doesn't work for me but I'm not sure. I believe I didn't install the game properly. Otherwise it would be under the "up for a game" section, and it's not. And if anyone has a non-fileplanet URL to download the new version of starsiege tribes, please send me an email with the URL in it.
